About The Elan
Designed by Selldorf Architects with interiors by Elif Altinbasak, The Elan is a 12-story luxury residence containing 32 homes. The building offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, and was just completed in 2008. The Elan's stately red brick exterior is highlighted by a single white stripe placed for aesthetic purpose to divide each floor.
Each home in The Elan comes complete with Bosch stainless steel kitchen appliances, Caesar stone kitchen countertops, maple flooring throughout, spacious walk-in closets, a parking garage, an intercom system, elevators, and a doorman is available part-time.
Park Slope is a boutique neighborhood within Brooklyn, notable for it's many brownstones. The Elan stands out, fresh and new amongst a backdrop of charming, older buildings and a slew of bars, restaurants, and other attractions. It's also within walking distance of the R, F, and G subway lines.
